Mr. Bailey earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in literature from Eastern Michigan University, a Masters of Education from American Public University, and a Doctorate of Education in literature from Capella University (ABD).

 

Prior to his previous career as a high school and college literature teacher, Mr. Bailey served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves as well as 4 years in the Georgia State Guard (GSDF), earning the rank of Sergeant.
